Fulfillment Complete & 'The Pregnant Mother' Now on Kickstarter!

Hello Backers!

Today is our final, brief campaign update and an exciting announcement.

First, fulfillment is now 100% complete from our end – all puzzles should have been received. If you're missing something from your pledge or have any issues, email [email protected] and we'll get it taken care of. Thanks again for your support and we hope you enjoy them!

We're also very excited to share with you our new anatomy puzzle, launching today on Kickstarter! Genius Games proudly presents a Dr. Livingston Anatomy Jigsaw Puzzle: The Pregnant Mother.

This very unique 500 piece puzzle shows a cutaway of a mother preparing for the birth of her full term fetus, highlighting their intimate connection and the changes that take place during the gestation period.

Puzzle Fulfillment Update - December

Hi Backers!

We are now 98% shipped! This update has final information about receiving your puzzles and any support issues.

Fulfillment Progress:

• Backers in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand should have received everything some time ago.
• EU puzzles have finished shipping last week. This should mostly have arrived. Contact us ([email protected]) if you haven't received your rewards by the end of next week.
• Our shipment up to Canada was missing a few bundles, which are now on their way. These should go out by next week.

As you receive and assemble puzzles, contact us ([email protected]) if you have any issues. We hope you enjoy these unique puzzles as much as we have enjoyed making them, and we're grateful for your patience.

Puzzle Fulfillment Update - October

Hi Backers!

Fulfillment has begun! Here's where we're at:

• In the U.S., Puzzles are all checked in and orders have been submitted. Look for tracking next week!
• Australia and New Zealand Puzzles have all shipped. They should be arriving soon.
• Puzzles in the EU are still making their way through customs. They're expected to arrive at the fulfillment center next week, and should be sent out shortly later. With luck, most will have arrived by the 2nd week of November.
• Canada and the UK need shipments from their respective hubs, so they'll take a couple more weeks.

As puzzles arrive, please contact us at [email protected] if anything is damaged or missing (larger orders may arrive in multiple packages). 

Next Week: Dinosaur Kids Puzzles on Kickstarter

We have a new line of Kids Puzzles launching next week on Kickstarter with a set of 3 Dinosaur Floor Puzzles: the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, and Ankylosaurus. 

These double-sided puzzles show beautifully-illustrated dinosaurs on one side, and can be flipped over to see their skeletons on the other — with glow-in-the-dark bones. Like our other Kids Puzzles, they'll include a Science Guide with some extra info in the box. These are the first of our Turn N Learn puzzles, with more to come. You can follow the KS page to be notified when it launches!

Puzzle Fulfillment Update - September

Hi Backers!

We're getting close! Here's how puzzle shipments are going: 

• U.S. and Canada-bound puzzles have arrived at the L.A. port. We still have several steps left, as they head by rail to our receiving warehouse and then on to a distribution center, but they've landed safely in North America. We are hopeful these will finally be in your hands by the end of October.
• The Europe shipment is on a boat headed to Germany. They're currently estimated to arrive in the last week of October, and (pending customs) would ship out shortly after that. 
• The Australian / New Zealand puzzles are in transit. This shipping route is short but usually has more stops, and we usually don't have good estimates until they arrive. These will likely ship mid- to late-October. 

This means we'll be locking addresses in BackerKit within the next couple of weeks, so please update your shipping information if needed.

Let us know if you have any questions or issues updating shipping info, and we hope that by our next update, we'll have puzzles ready to ship!

Puzzle Fulfillment Update - August

Hi Backers!

Today I have a quick shipping + fulfillment update on your puzzles. 

Since the last update, the factory finished cutting and assembling all the puzzles, packaging them into cases, and preparing them for shipping. We have a full container loaded for the U.S., and smaller shipments prepared for Germany and Australia. We had hoped everything would be on the ocean last month, but we're currently still waiting for shipping confirmation. We'll continue to keep you updated as they ship and finally make it to our fulfillment centers.

In the mean time, address changes are still open on BackerKit, and you can let us know if you have any issues or questions.
